Victorian Mini Club Inc.

The VMCI membership year runs from 1st July to 30th June each year for all members. Financial membership lapses upon non-payment of the annual subscription before 30th June.

 

You can renew any time throughout the year, and your payment will simply add a further 12 months to your current membership subscription.

 

There are multiple ways to renew:

• Renew Online. By filling out the online form, you will be able to submit your renewal details and pay for your membership.

• Renew via post or in person. Complete and return the membership form to the membership secretary. The form can be found by clicking here, or if you receive Minimag by post, find the form on the back of your address slip (which incidentally will show your membership expiry date on it for easy reference).

 

HOW TO PAY

IMPORTANT: DO NOT PAY UNLESS YOU HAVE COMPLETED A RENEWAL FORM/ONLINE APPLICATION

 

If you complete your renewal online, you will be presented with the option to pay via Credit Card upon clicking the submit button.

 

Should you wish to pay via another method, that’s fine - you’ll have the details of how do do that sent to you in an email. This will allow for you to either pay by cash or cheque in person, or to complete a funds transfer from your online banking.

 

If you are renewing by completing the physical form, just attach a cheque or cash to it when you submit it either in person or via post.

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CPS HOLDERS: If you have a car registered under the VicRoads Club Permit Scheme, it is imperative that you keep your financial membership status current. If you are not a valid and current financial member, you are not legally allowed to use your CPS car, and it is deemed an unregistered vehicle. The VMCI is required to update VicRoads regarding all memberships that lapse as part of our CPS registrar obligations.
